Questionnaire: Infused Water Branding Discovery

Greetings Team, this isn't a survey. Think of it as a conversation on paper between you and Okay Done, the team about to build this brand from scratch. This questionnaire does two jobs for us. Most of it feeds the brand book we're building, so expect plenty of questions about your story, your positioning, and how things should look and sound. A smaller set of questions are about where things stand today, so we can plan pre-launch, launch, and what happens after with you, not just design around you. There are no wrong answers here, so please avoid using AI to fill this out. The more honest and specific you are, the better everything we build for you will be. Set aside about 45 minutes, find a quiet spot, and just talk to us.

Segment 1: Founder and Brand Story

This section helps us understand who is behind this brand and what it stands for before we design a single thing. There are no right answers, just honest ones.

1. Do you already have a working name for this product, or does the naming still need to happen?

If you have one, tell us what it is. If not, that's fine, naming will be part of what we help you with.

2. Why did you decide to get into infused water, out of everything you could have built?

Was it a business opportunity, a personal passion, something you saw missing in the market, or all three? Be honest.

3. Why Karwar? What does the factory location mean to this brand, if anything?

Is it just where the factory happens to be, or is there a story, a connection, or an advantage tied to the place?

4. What is the one problem this product is solving for the person drinking it?

Think about what gap exists today that makes infused water the right answer.

5. Where do you see this brand five years from now?

Think beyond the product. What has it become, who knows it, what does it stand for?

6. If you had to boil this brand down to a single word or phrase that captures what it's really about, what would it be?

Think about the one idea that should stay true no matter how big this brand gets. Examples: "purity," "everyday wellness," "no compromises."

7. If this brand were a person, how would you describe them in 3 to 5 words?

E.g. "Clean, modern, no-nonsense, rooted, premium"

8. What should this brand never be associated with?

Think about the version of this brand that would embarrass you. Cheap, generic, preachy, too clinical, too casual. What would feel completely wrong?

9. Is there anything about hydration or wellness drinks today that you feel is misunderstood or done wrong, that this brand should correct?

What's the one thing you want people to know that nobody else in this category is saying?
